As a former Memory Care Director, he brings extensive expertise in supporting individuals living with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia. Benjamin is an active member of the Alzheimer's Association and is passionate about helping seniors and their families navigate the often-complex process of finding the right care and living solutions. 

 

Throughout his career, Benjamin has developed strong expertise in referral coordination, family consultations, process improvement, and move coordination. He works closely with families, healthcare providers, and senior living communities to ensure a seamless transition for older adults while addressing each individual's unique care needs. His background in care management and operational leadership allows him to streamline placement processes and provide thoughtful guidance during every stage of the journey.
